1,2,3 Aperol Spritz

The latest trendy cocktail is also one of the easiest to remember. I call my version the 1,2,3 Aperol Spritz. Here’s why…

All you need to remember is:

  • 1 part club soda
  • 2 parts Aperol
  • 3 parts Prosecco

Fill a large wine glass with ice, and pour in your 1,2,3. Do a quick stir and garnish with an orange wheel. Salute!
